bronchocentric granulomatosis bronchocentric granulomatosis A condition characterised by granulomatous replacement of mucosa with eosinophilia and sometimes angiitis, due either to a fungal—allergic bronchopulmonary aspergillosis—or tuberculosis reaction, or hypersensitivity to various antigens. Age Young, ± age 22 years.
