Berel’ Glaciers, Bol’shoi and Malyi
glaciers descending along the southeastern slopes of Mount Belukha in Altai. The Bol’shoi Berel’ Glacier is about 10 km long and has an area of 12.5 sq km. Its lower edge lies at an elevation of 1,984 m and is the source of the Belaia Berel’ River. The Malyi Berel’ Glacier is about 8 km long and has an area of 8.9 sq km.
