A condition that causes shoulder pain and tendinitis in young patients, caused by shoulder capsule and rotator cuff laxity, and brachial plexus traction during episodes of anterior subluxation
Management Analgesics, NSAIDs, physical therapy to correct muscle imbalance and strengthen rotator cuff; if problems persist or recur, orthopaedic carpentry may be necessary
