eutomer eutomer (yū'tō-mĕr), The enantiomer or stereoisomer with the greater activity at or affinity for a given receptor, one receptor's eutomer can be another receptor's distomer. See also: enantiomer. eutomer (ut'o-mer) Of two enantiomeric compounds, the one with the stronger chemical activity. It causes beneficial effects when it is administered. See: distomer. |
