Fatezh

a city and administrative center of Fatezh Raion, Kursk Oblast, RSFSR. Fatezh is located on the Moscow-Simferopol’ highway, 45 km northwest of Kursk and 35 km west of the Zolotukhino railroad station on the Orel-Kursk line. It has a hemp-processing plant, a butter factory, a brickyard, a bonemeal plant, and a food-processing combine; knitwear is also produced in the city.
