acrosclerosis [ak″ro-sklĕ-ro´sis] a combination of raynaud's disease" >raynaud's disease and scleroderma" >scleroderma of the distal parts of the limbs, especially the digits, and of the neck and face, particularly the nose.ac·ro·scle·ro·sis (ak'rō-sklĕ-rō'sis), Stiffness and tightness of the skin of the fingers, with atrophy of the soft tissue and osteoporosis of the distal phalanges of the hands and feet; a limited form of progressive systemic sclerosis occurring with Raynaud phenomenon and scleroderma of the forearms.
