Aldactazide

A combination of spironolactone (an aldosterone antagonist) and hydrochlorothiazide (a diuretic and antihypertensive) used to manage essential hypertension and fluid retention/heart failure, cirrhosis and oedema/ascites, and nephrotic syndrome.
 
Adverse effects
Hypotension (including orthostatic), pancreatitis, jaundice, aplastic anaemia, agranulocytosis, leukopenia, haemolytic anaemia, thrombocytopenia, hypersensitivity, and electrolyte imbalance.
