Devrouax, Paul Devrouax, Paul (1943–2010)With business partner Marshall Purnell, founded the firm of Devrouax+Purnell, which was one of the largest black-owned firms in Washington. Their projects included the Walter E. Washington Convention Center, Washington, DC, the Pepco Building, Arlington, VA, the Frank D. Reeves Municipal Center, Washington, DC, and Nationals Park with HOK Sport + Venue + Event. He had also been a past president of the National Organization of Minority Architects. |
