Diupkun

a lake on the southwestern edge of the Putoran Plateau in the Krasnoiarsk Krai, RSFSR, on the border of the Taimyr (Dolgano-Nenets) and Evenki national okrugs. Lake Diupkun is approximately 90 km long and is very deep; its surface area is 199 sq km. It lies at the bottom of a valley, and the Kureika River, a tributary of the Enisei, flows through it. It is fed by snow and rain.
