Borovaia

an urban-type settlement in Fastov Raion, Kiev Oblast, Ukrainian SSR, 18 km from the Fastov railroad junction. Population, 8,400 (1968). A furniture factory and the Kiev Experimental Vegetable and Potato Growing Station are located there.
