In Eurocurrencies, a contract under which a deposit of fixed maturity is agreed to at a fixed price for future delivery.

An over-the-counter forward contract on a eurocurrency. In this contract, one party agrees to deliver to the other a certain amount of a eurocurrency at a certain price at some future date.
