Fishery Ice Drill

Fishery Ice Drill

a device for mechanical drilling of holes in ice for ice fishing. The holes are bored by a drill driven by an internal-combustion engine. The feed of the drill can be manual, mechanical, or hydraulic. For more efficient use of the engine, the drill may be combined with other mechanisms used in ice fishing, thus forming an ice-drill set. Sets with net-pulling winches, as well as self-propelled ice-drill sets, also exist.
