Danielssen-Boeck disease an·es·thet·ic lep·ro·sya form of leprosy chiefly affecting the nerves, marked by hyperesthesia succeeded by anesthesia, and by paralysis, ulceration, and various trophic disturbances, terminating in gangrene and mutilation.
