Bolshoe Murashkino

an urban-type settlement and center of Bol’shoe Murashkino Raion, Gorky Oblast, RSFSR, located on the Sundovik River (a right tributary of the Volga), 34 km north of the Smagino railroad station (on the Arzamas-Kanash line). Population, 5,400 (1968). It has a furgarment factory, a garment factory, and a dairy plant.
