A photograph produced by exposing undeveloped film to a radiolabeled molecule (e.g. DNA, RNA or protein), typically in the context of a restriction enzyme digested blot.

autoradiograph

a photographic representation of radioactive areas in a tissue. Tissues labelled with an ISOTOPE (e.g. 14C) are placed on a photographic plate which is irradiated in the same way as photographic film is exposed to light. Radioactive areas can be seen in the photographs.
