Dangara

an urban-type settlement, center of Dangara Raion, Tadzhik SSR. Dangara is situated on the Dushanbe-Kuliab automobile highway, 116 km southeast of Dushanbe and 2 km from the railroad station. Population, 9,000 (1970); engaged mainly in agriculture.
