(Astronomical Yearbook of the USSR), annual publication of the Institute of Theoretical Astronomy of the Academy of Sciences of the USSR.
Astronomicheskii ezhegodnik SSSR was first scheduled to be published in 1922, but its publication date was moved up to December 1921. The yearbook is published in Leningrad. It contains the coordinates of the sun, the planets, and certain stars for each day of a given year (published three years before the particular date) and the coordinates of the moon for each hour. The yearbook also provides information on solar and lunar eclipses and other astronomical phenomena.
