Location:10 miles west of Missoula on Mullan Road.

Special Features:Park marks the site of the 1855 council between Isaac Stevens and theSalish, Kootenai, and Pend d'Oreille Indians. Here tribal leaderssigned the Hellgate Treaty, which created the Flathead IndianReservation.
