Board Lot Board LotA lot as defined by the security exchange on which it is traded. Most trading takes place in multiples of board lots. On the TSX Venture Exchange, for example, board lots are composed of 100 shares if the share price is $1 or more, 500 shares if the price is between $0.11 and $0.99, and 1,000 shares if the price is $0.10 or less. |
