epoophoron[¦ep·ō′äf·ə‚rän] (anatomy) A blind longitudinal duct and 10-15 transverse ductules in the mesosalpinx near the ovary which represent remnants of the reproductive part of the mesonephros in the female; homolog of the head of the epididymis in the male.
