Drugs used by anaesthetists to cause total relaxation of voluntary muscles by DEPOLARIZING the motor endplate and maintaining the depolarization. They include atracurium (Tracrium), rocuronium (Esmeron), gallamine (Flaxedil), mivacurium (Mivacron), cisatracurium (Nimbex), vecuronium (Norcuron) and suxamethonium (Atectine).
