Special Features:Refuge has several rookeries, with bald eagle and osprey nests.
Habitats: 11,184 acres of open water, wetlands, woodlands, croplands and grasslands.
Access: Open year round during daylight hours.
Wild life: Canada geese, raptors, sandhill cranes, American alligator, bald eagle, wood stork, squirrel, rabbit, and fox.
