Special Features:Museum reflects the rich heritage and ongoing traditions of California's many Native American groups, which numbered in the hundreds before the arrival of European settlers. The museum contains a fine collection of native artifacts, including basketry, beadwork, and clothing. Several Native American structures have been built in an outdoor demonstration area, and visitors can try using Native American tools in a hands-on area of the museum.
