Special Features:Located on Alligator Point where Ochlockonee Bay meets the ApalacheeBay, the park features coastal marshes, pine flatwoods, and oakthickets that foster a diversity of biological communities. In thefall, bald eagles and other raptors, as well as monarch butterflies,are commonly sighted as they fly south for the winter.
