ARC-22 ARC-22 Active response catheter 22. A balloon angioplasty catheter incorporating both high and low balloon inflation pressures in a single catheter for performing dilatation during PTCA. High pressure is focused at the site of disease with lower pressure applied to a surrounding healthy vessel, thereby reducing the risk of injury to healthy tissues. |
