A triad of symptoms associated with asthma: bronchospasm, nasal polyps, increased sensitivity to aspirin (acetylsalicylic acid—but not sodium salicylate), as well as other exogenous agents (e.g., indomethacin, aminopyrine, yellow food additives (tartrazine yellow, FD&C yellow #5)).
