Zolotitsa

(Zolotnitsa, Zimniaia Zolotitsa, Bol’shaia Zolotitsa), a river in Arkhangelsk Oblast, RSFSR. Length, 177 km; basin area, 1,950 sq km. It flows through the western part of the Belomorsko-Kuloi plateau and empties into the White Sea east of the Dvina inlet. It is fed by rain and snow. The average flow is 22.7 cu m per sec.
