Xylolith

(literally, wood-stone), an artificial building material made of a mixture of magnesia cement, sawdust, and wood flour, with an addition of finely dispersed mineral substances (talc, asbestos, marble flour) and alkali-resistant pigments. Plastic xylolith mixtures are used mainly for the construction of seamless floors in residential and public buildings, as well as in industrial production spaces with dry operating conditions.
