Writ of garnishment, dislosure

Question

Country: United States of America
State: MichiganI am a plaintiff who recently received a judgment in my favor in a general civil case; I had a \\"writ of garnishment\\" served on two individuals from whom the defendant had done work for...I was only able to have these writs served to the individuals in c/o their place of employment...the individuals did not fill out the disclosure statements, but rather the person "in-charge" at the office, as if I was serving the writs on the company, not the individuals...I know the court views this as a satisfied disclosure, however, the bottom line is that the disclosure statements were not filled out correctly (it stated that she was not employee there)...what, if anything is my next step?

Answer

You can notify them of the problem and have the court make them all appear if need be-
