White List State White List StateA U.S. state maintaining a list of insurance companies that are allowed to provide surplus line insurance in that state. Surplus line insurance is provided in special circumstances by a company not otherwise authorized to provide insurance in a certain state. A white list state restricts these activities only to those companies on the list. |
