Wedensky effect - a relatively long enhancing effect following application of a maximal shock or stimulus to a neuromuscular preparation.Wedensky facilitation - the additive effect of a series of electric shocks.Wedensky inhibition - inhibition of muscle response as a result of a series of rapidly repeated stimuli to the motor nerve.
