Location:In Liberty Township, 2 miles south of the borough of Saxton, in the south central part of the state.
Facilities:Picnic areas, picnic pavilions (é), hiking trails (3 miles), cross-country ski trails, boat launch, playfield.
Activities:Boating, fishing, hiking, hunting, cross-country skiing.
Special Features:Park is located on a finger of land bounded on three sides by the Raystown Branch of the Juniata River. It lies very near the famous path used by the Iroquois Indians in raids and wars with the Cherokees and other native tribes in southern Pennsylvania.
