Warrant on engine

Question
Country: United States of AmericaState: ArizonaI have a warranty for life on my engine motor. This was free from the dealer at the time of purchase. The vehicle already had 70,000 miles . I drove 6,700 miles in one year. The motor is damaged beyond repair from a spun main bearing. The warranty company is placing a set dollar amount to fix the problem. The warranty company authorized me to take the vehicle anywhere, but now claims the amount needed to repair the vehicle is too high and will not adjust dollar amount to facilitate needed repairs. Can the warranty company do this? The contract is a single page and states "all at no charge to you", but everyone keeps telling me I am going to be responsible for the difference. What can I do?
