RhoGAM RhoGAM [ro´gam] trademark for a preparation of Rh0 (D antigen) immune globulin. The gamma globulin is derived from the plasma of women previously immunized to the Rh0 (D) antigen and is administered after each Rh-incompatible pregnancy.
