QMAS

Quality Management and Analysis Subsystem. An IT system commissioned by the UK National Programme for Information Technology and developed and implemented by British Telecom, which was to support the Quality and Outcomes Framework (QOF) and provide reporting, forecasting and payment information for improving services within the QOF. It was dismantled in 2011.
