plasmocytic leukemoid reaction

the presence of unusual numbers of plasma cells, that is, plasmocytosis, in the bone marrow; may be observed in association with sarcoidosis, rheumatoid arthritis, cirrhosis, Hodgkin disease, and certain of the so-called vascular collagen diseases.
