Schiller's test

Gynecology A clinical maneuver used to identify cervical abnormalities requiring biopsy and histologic evaluation; areas with ↓ glycogen are pale and, by LM, often demonstrate histologic changes–eg, hyperkeratosis, parakeratosis, neoplasia associated with premalignant–eg, HPV infection or malignancy–eg, CIN, or carcinoma.
