Schaste

a city (since 1963) in Voroshilovgrad Oblast, Ukrainian SSR, under the jurisdiction of the Zhovtnevyi district soviet of the city of Voroshilovgrad. Situated on the left bank of the Severskii Donets River, 4 km from the Ogorodnyi railroad station on the Kondrashevskaia-Valuiki line. Population, 13,900 (1974). The Voroshilovgrad State Regional Electric Power Plant is located in Schast’e.
