Planck mass[′pläŋk ‚mas] (physics) The mass √(hc /2π G), where h is Planck's constant, c is the speed of light, and G is the gravitational constant; equivalently, the mass of a particle whose reduced Compton wavelength equals the Planck length; it is equal to 21.764 micrograms or 1.2209 × 1019GeV/ c 2. |
