Putiatin

an urban-type settlement in Shkotovo Raion, Pri-mor’e Krai, RSFSR. It is located on Putiatin Island in Peter the Great Bay, 6 km from the Dunai railroad station, which is on the mainland. Putiatin has a fish-processing combine and a fur farm for Japanese deer and mink. The settlement was named after E. V. Putiatin.
