A two-part medical exam administered by the General Medical Council which is between finals and postgraduate examinations in level of difficulty, and used to assess a physician’s education and training
Most medical graduates from outside the EU must take the PLAB test before they can be granted registration. Some overseas doctors are exempt from this test
