push-pull (po͝osh′po͝ol′)adj. Of or relating to an arrangement of two identical electronic devices that that are set in opposite phase in order to minimize distortion.push-pull n (modifier) (Electronics) using two similar electronic devices, such as matched valves, made to operate 180° out of phase with each other.
