Vishnevogorsk

an urban-type settlement in Cheliabinsk Oblast, RSFSR, located on Lake Sungul’ 20 km northeast of the Mauk railroad station (on the SverdlovskCheliabinsk line). Population, 7,700 (1969). Vishnevogorsk has a mining industry (raw materials for ceramics and construction enterprises).
