Soviet-Kuwaiti Agreements

Diplomatic relations were established between the USSR and Kuwait on Mar. 11, 1963. The two countries concluded agreements on economic and technical cooperation (Feb. 27, 1965) and cultural cooperation (Mar. 2, 1967).
