Soviet-Colombian Agreements

 

Diplomatic relations were established between the USSR and Colombia June 25, 1935. (Relations were broken off May 3, 1948, and restored Jan. 19,1968.) On June 3,1968, a trade agreement was signed, which provided for the establishment of a joint commission to work out recommendations. An agreement on trade, economic, scientific, and technical cooperation was signed on Dec. 12,1975.
