Shoptykol

an urban-type settlement in Baianaul Raion, Pavlodar Oblast, Kazakh SSR. Shoptykol’ is situated on the northern margin of the Kazakh Melkosopochnik, 70 km southeast of the Ekibastuz I railroad station on the Tselinograd-Pavlodar line. Coal is mined near the settlement.
