Sotsialisticheskii Trud

(Socialist Labor), a monthly magazine of the State Committee on Labor and Wages of the Council of Ministers of the USSR. Founded in January 1956, Sotsialisticheskii trud deals with economics and the organization of labor, industrial management, the training of personnel, and the improvement of the qualifications of workers. It also provides information on new legislative acts and statutes affecting labor and wages. The magazine features a section of criticism and bibliography. Circulation, 60,000 (1975).
