Sorokino

an urban-type settlement in Altai Krai, RSFSR, under the jurisdiction of the Biisk city soviet. Located near the confluence of the Biia and Katun’ rivers, 15 km southwest of the Biisk railroad station, Sorokino has an experimental timber transshipment combine.
