a river in Evenki National Okrug, Krasnoiarsk Krai, RSFSR. Right tributary of the Nizhniaia Tunguska. The Vivi River is 426 km long and has a basin area of 26,800 sq km. It rises in Lake Vivi and flows within the boundaries of the Central Siberian Plateau. The river’s course is turbulent, with many rapids and sandbanks. It is mainly fed by snow. In the Vivi River basin there are more than 500 small lakes, with an area of approximately 268 sq km.
