A device that improves surgical outcomes by reducing or eliminating most of the disadvantages of traditional (manual) surgery. The surgeon is seated near the patient and controls the device, which contains high-resolution cameras and micro-surgical instruments; the robot scales, filters and translates the surgeon’s gestures into precise movement in the operative field, resulting in improved outcomes, faster recuperation and fewer complications.
